هدف الدرس: تستخدم(ي) لغة ملطّفة عشان تعترض(ي) وتطلب(ي) من غير ما تتصادم(ي).
المفاوض الشاطر بيعترض من غير صدام. بنستخدم softeners: I'm afraid (للأسف)، to be honest (بصراحة)، a bit / slightly / rather قبل الصفة السلبية، وبنقول With respect, I see it differently بدل You're wrong. وللطلب غير المباشر: I was wondering if you could... / We were hoping you might... استخدام الماضي (was wondering) بيبعّد الجملة ويخلّيها ألطف.
