لما بنحل المشكلة بنركّز على الحل مش على اللي غلط، فبنستخدم الـ passive: be + past participle. Your room will be changed (مستقبل). The problem is being fixed now (حاضر مستمر). An engineer has been sent (present perfect). The towels were replaced this morning (ماضي). الـ passive بيخلّي الكلام رسمي وهادي. وللتعويض: A complimentary breakfast will be provided. / The cost will be refunded.
